I am at my wits’ end My lovely son is 22 and says he will be a lonely virgin for the rest of his life. At school, he was bullied and called gay (we have talked about whether he might be gay; he insists he fancies women). I was a teacher at the school and, no matter what I did, no one took the situation seriously. He is now so terrified of getting things wrong that he won’t spend time with people he likes. He is very lonely and I am at my wits’ end to try to help him. It’s a mystery to me why someone hasn’t asked him out. He is very beautiful, funny and intelligent, if extremely sensitive. What can I do?
